Waterlily - Letterpress Book

Waterlily is a small edition (of 9 copies) of a handprinted letterpress book of classic Japanese haiku about water. It's handbound using mostly Japanese papers (the endpapers are Canson mi-tientes). All the type was handset from the Dawson Printshop's collection of metal type. The typeface is a rare face called Eve. Each section is a hand-folded origami flower, and the books are handbound.

I will be selling these on Etsy as soon as the edition is done, so you can look for them on my shop [link] . The price will be $45 USD/$50 Cdn, even though it's a wee little book, because everything was done by hand, including mixing the ink to get the perfect grass-green color.
